Learning Outcomes
Coaching is becoming increasingly popular, with organisations training their managers and team leaders in coaching skills; moving from an authoritarian to a facilitative approach. There has been an explosion in people and organisations seeking out high calibre coaches and more and more people retraining as coaches. But, what exactly is coaching and how can it help you?

Overview
Coaching is an immensely powerful tool, especially when combined with core NLP methodology. But the amount of information available can make learning more about the subject confusing and overwhelming. In this low cost introductory day you will be shown and walked through the core concepts of coaching and be given honest information about the best way to learn more.

Syllabus
You will be introduced to some of the major concepts and methodologies of coaching, including plenty of practical exercises. By the end of the day you will be able to:
  • Understand what coaching is and it’s history.
  • Have a grasp of how to use coachign skills in a variety of different settings.
  • Use questions to get to the true core of the problem.
  • Create motivation in the moment.
  • Recognise the relationship between Coaching and NLP.
  • Have an appreciation of some of the key coaching models.
  • Understand the next step in your journey.
Certification
You will recieve a certificate of attendance, this is NOT a Coaching qualification.
