NLP Practitioner + coaching skills

Two complementary areas of learning.

For people aiming to develop more comprehensively as coaches, this pathway brings together NLP Practitioner training and the three-day Coaching Skills Course.

The combination offers a foundation in practical communication and NLP alongside structured coaching skills. It is designed for people interested in building their coaching capability and exploring how it might develop into professional practice.

Part one · NLP foundations

NLP Practitioner Training

Study practical approaches to communication, language, outcomes and behavioural change. The training includes demonstrations and opportunities to practise and reflect.

Part two · Coaching practice

3-Day Coaching Skills Course

Develop coaching conversations through listening, questioning, goal-setting, feedback and guided practice. You will have the opportunity to coach and be coached.

Develop your own coaching direction

The learning can support coaching in areas such as personal development, leadership, business and performance. The setting where you practise will also depend on your experience, interests and professional background.

Following successful completion of the Complete Coaching Package, you will hold Society of NLP-certified NLP Practitioner and Coaching qualifications. You can then apply to join professional organisations such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council UK (EMCC UK).

Each organisation sets its own membership criteria and application process, so membership is not automatic. Check directly with the relevant organisation for its current requirements and any additional experience or coaching hours needed.
